Addition amount and usage method:
1,In different systems, the addition amount of wax micropowder is generally between 0.5% and 1%
2,Directly dispersed in solvent based coatings and inks through high-speed stirring
3, It can be added through various grinding machines and high shear dispersion equipment
4, Pre dispersion treatment can be carried out to prepare a wax slurry with a wax powder concentration of 20-30%, which can be added to the system when needed to reduce the dispersion time of the wax powder
